Refunds and Returns Policy:

To initiate a return claim, contact our Customer Care Department at 1-773-542-3835 or email Acehomegoodsco@gmail.com. Returns for a refund of the merchandise total are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Call Customer Service to schedule a pick-up. Return credits are issued within 48 hours upon item inspection. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Cancellation of orders is accepted within 24 hours; otherwise, the item may be processed as a return if not an accessory.

Return Shipping Fees:

  • Items under $75: Free shipping
  • Parcel hoods: $50
  • Freight orders: $150

Accessory returns are not accepted. Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging. No refunds or exchanges on installed or used items.

Damaged or Defective Items: Before installing, test items for functionality. If damaged or defective, contact Customer Service within 48 hours for a prompt replacement.

Freight Return Policy: If package appears damaged, write "Package Damaged" upon delivery. Refuse significantly damaged packages. Notify us for return shipment. We'll send a new package upon return. If missing or damaged parts, contact us for free replacement parts.

Manufacturer's Defect: For products with defects, we can replace the defective part or the entire unit. All returns must have return authorization from the vendor before shipment. Shipping charges, customs duties, brokerage fees, and local taxes are non-refundable. Special-order or altered items cannot be returned.
