Shipping and Delivery
Ace Home Goods is an outlet for high-quality Furniture & appliance brands. We are not the brand itself.
All freight shipments are curbside. This means the carrier will drop it off on your property but cannot deliver inside your home, garage, kitchen, etc.
Once at the local distribution center, the carrier will then call to schedule a delivery appointment - a person must be available at the time of delivery to sign and accept the shipment. Additional charges may apply for rescheduling deliveries, or if the shipment is refused without a valid reason. A person 18 years or older must be present to accept and sign for the delivery.
Before signing for the shipment and releasing the driver, please carefully inspect the shipment for any visible damage. Open the boxes and inspect the products (Countertops, chimney pieces, etc.) for damages or missing parts. If damages are found, reject the shipment and ask the driver to take it back, or note the damages on the Delivery Bill before signing for the shipment and releasing the driver.
Shipping processing time will vary based on each brand, and also how they handle customer service.
