Shipping and Delivery
Order Confirmation:
- Valid email required during checkout; orders subject to verification and approval.
- Approved orders receive an email confirmation from our secure payment server.
- Shipped orders are confirmed via email with tracking number(s) and carrier info.
- Carrier notifies you by phone as the order nears arrival.
Payment Methods:
- Accepting major credit/debit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), Google & Apple Pay.
Shipping:
- Items shipped via FedEx Ground, except when noted (some via Truck Freight).
- Full insurance included; "FREE SHIPPING" items also have full insurance.
- Tracking number(s) provided by email upon shipment.
Re-Consignment:
- Customer responsible for re-consignment fee for address changes.
- Parcel fee: $50; Freight fee: $150.
Shipping Locations:
- Ship to contiguous 48 United States only.
- Exceptions for private parties/shipping proxies outside normal range if pre-arranged.
- No returns honored for shipments outside normal shipping range.
Order Processing:
- Allow 1-2 days for order confirmation and processing before shipment.
Standard Shipping Times (to the United States):
- Z-Line Appliances: 2-5 Business Days
- Forno Appliances: 3-7 Business Days (Free White-Glove Delivery)
- Hollon Safes: 5-7 Business Days
